Your mind and body need you to rest so that you can heal. Some of the most useful tools in this part of your journey are Yoga Nidra and meditation.

We will explore various different meditation techniques. You will be given your own personal Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) specifically designed to help you visualise your own healing outcome.

We will also look at sleep, your patterns, habits and your relationship to it.
